Samba Na Chuva (English: Samba in the Rain), brings Brazilian Rhythms to life under the direction of John Waller. This eclectic group of percussionists is made up of Concord area musicians and their age's range from 15 to 55. In 2006-2007, the group performed in various parades in the East Bay.


Whether you are a novice or an accomplished musician, Samba Na Chuva is looking for people that are interested in drumming, dancing and performing. To find out more about joining the group, send an email to
